Herminio Ordonez, Chairman and CEO of Basic Advertising, a man responsible for many successful advertising catch phrases, fullfills his dream getaway in Bulac-bulac, Majayjay, Laguna. "Bulac-bulac is full of poetry; it is the most beautiful spot on earth!" as he describes.

The seven hectare property comes with a deep ravine, a river below it, and a sloping creek on one side. A wooden house built in 1916 as an ancestral home which he decided later to redesigned to suit his lifestyle-simple, welcoming and down-to-earth.
He wanted to create a place with a soul and simplicity and appearance that evokes the lifestyle of the 30s. The design of this dream place was drawn from the topography of the land, using its natural elements for the composition.

DIRECTIONS
From Nichols toll gate take SLEX straight, till you reach Calamba, Los Banos exit. Turn right when you reach the Calamba intersection, proceed all the way to Sta. Cruz avoiding roads on the left side that enters the town of Bay, Pila and Sta. Cruz. After Sta. Cruz look for the GSIS Bldg and Jollibee Pagsanjan go straight to Pagsanjan, near the church, turn right to follow the CAVINTI/Louisiana road. At the end of Louisiana, turn right to road leading to Majayjay town proper. At the town proper, ask for the road to take you to Gozo Subd., before the brown arch turn right to private road to Majayjay Bed and Breakfast. Enter green gate....
